Exclusive in-country deals have been part of Apple's iPhone strategy. Various mobile operators in Asia such as Singtel from Singapore and Airtel from India have signed deals with Apple for their carrier locked iPhone releases in Asia soon.

After all the fuss created by the Symbian and other OS of such cadre, its time for Android to make heads turn. The tech zone has not witnessed a single device with an Android platform yet. But that’s about to change! Android is the hottest thing right now on the tech circuit but unless it proves its mettle, business is sure to stagnate.
