Acer has introduced the world’s first 24 inch Full HD/16:9 ratio LCD monitor. Specs-wise, there’s a dynamic contrast ratio of 20,000:1 with 2 millisecond gray to gray response time and a special touch-sensitive display. Acer has forgotten to announce the date of release. Well, in retrospection, it also seems to have forgotten the fact that Gateway had rolled out a similar 24 inch (armed with 1920x1200) screen back in 2006. Selective amnesia, eh?
