Amazon, one of the online retail giants now debuts its most waited e-book reader called Kindle. As of now, no eBook reader, including Sony has ever succeeded in the market. But the fabulous features of Kindle seem to convince anybody. So, what is special with Kindle? Just think any book, and Kindle would download it for you in just 60 seconds. The device has the capacity to hold about 200 books, and a slot for a standard SD memory card that increases the capacity to about 1,000 books. The new "Kindle Store" now stocks more than 90,000 titles, dozens of newspapers including The New York Times & France's Le Monde, magazines and 300 of the most popular blogs. The latest news revealed that the most renowned publishers Penguin, Faber and Faber, and HarperCollins have signed up to kindle. Amazon unveiled that the global version will run over the 3G network, but the network providers are still unknown. If you live in a place where 3G is not feasible, then simply you can USB cable to transfer the contents on to Kindle. In addition to the above features, the battery life is awesome, that lasts for several days to a week. The ground-breaking Kindle is now carrying a price tag of $279, which is pretty less that Sony Digital Book reader. Only registered users can write comments!
