YouTube would be embarking on a historic moment by entering the liver streaming video arena. Though YouTube had always wanted to initiate the “live video” feeds, it never had the resources to do so. YouTube is the last on the list to add “live feeds” while other such sites (even Yahoo!) has done this way back. The future is not hard to imagine. Though YouTube video streaming can go way beyond 24x7 video shows, don’t be surprised to see this being used by Google as an online video chat forum on Gtalk. As for the smaller players, the entry of the giant can only spell doom.
