Vodafone is one company which believes in reminding its customers of its existence. The world’s largest mobile operator, Vodafone is launching Vodafone 227 and 228 models of cell phones which are entry level, basic handsets for those customers who want a stylish phone but cringe at the thought of splashing out a few extra bucks.  The 227 is a clam shell model and the 228 sports a sliding panel. The other features are similar to both the devices and include basic voice and text services apart from the colour display and wired handsfree headset. Vodafone’s Europe and other stores worldwide would stack up these handsets, if you have any intentions of buying either of them. If you refresh your memory, you would find that Vodafone had already launched seven handsets in 2007 under its own banner. Moreover, closer scrutiny would reveal that all Vodafone handsets have a trademark design down to keypad layout and user interface to ensure that the customers recognize Vodafone-anywhere and everywhere!
