R50A UMPC continues ASUS' bad patch!

Thursday, 01 January 2009

Asus-R50A-UMPC Well, we’ve been exposed to a slew of devices from ASUS that we’d nearly missed out on the R50A UMPC. But, it looks like the effort wasn’t really worth it.

The features were ho-hum and the absence of basic essentials like the keyboard isn’t pardonable at all! Moreover, the problems faced while using the Vista make it simply useless. Graphics are a big problem just because the 1.33 GHz Atom Z520 CPU with a meager 1GB RAM cannot fire up to the expectations. As we stare at this miserable package of blunders, we keep wondering, what’s wrong with the world!
