The long time spoken “Tablet ” from apple is getting ready to be launched by 2010. Though not actually a phone, “Tablet” is much similar to an iPhone. The OS used in the Tablet is as that  of iPhone’s kernel itself.  But it works on a much speedier ARM processor.

The famed Apple tablet, has "out-of-control" multi-touch gestures and an "incredibly fast" ARM CPU. The internal model number given to the Tablet by Apple is “K48AP”.With the kernel OS as in the iPhones are used here and the much fast processor it is to be said that “Tablet is an iPhone on Steroids”

Drug-related side effects aside, the uncertainty surrounding the tablet could soon come to a satisfying end. Apple is said to be planning a media event for later this month at which it'll unveil some sort of major new product, the “Tablet”.

Expected to be released by 2010, the two products (iPhone & Tablet) are said to be similar in many ways. Wafer thin, just like the iPhone, the new tablet will cut a sleek and sexy figure. The touch screen is said to be built from the same material, although the enclosure is said to be made of brushed aluminum, a trait genetically inherited from its Mac Book Pro forbears.
